Responsibilities:
Development of Oberig IT solutions in Kazakhstan (Arcserve, Boldon James, Fidelis, Fudo, OneSpan, SolarWinds, Symantec, Tenable, Titus, Thycotic, Veritas);
Coordination of the work of Business Development Manager Oberig IT — Partner Development, Customer Development;
Coordination of multi-national teams (business representatives and engineers from Vendors, Oberig IT, Partners and Customers);
Evaluation of the effectiveness and prospects of projects, prioritization of tasks, allocation of resources between projects.

Oberig IT – Business Development Manager
January 2020 — March 2021

Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for product development;
Cross-functional interaction with other Oberig IT departments, the vendor’s team and the customer’s team (IT, top management, marketing, etc.);
Regular monitoring of competitors’ products in order to identify their competitive advantages and form own;
Collecting product requirements from teams, forming product development hypotheses, prioritizing them, elaborating requirements;
Translation requests to features. Backlog Management. Prioritization of tasks;
Refinement of the existing product to improve its quality and stability of work based on the collected feedback from users or from analytics;
Product roadmap creation. Formation of goals, product development strategies for the long term;
Generation of new products based on existing functionality;
Customer Development — interviewing Customers, conducting demonstrations and testing of products on the Customer’s side, collecting and analyzing the results;
Project timing control.

MGManagement – Business development manager
September 2017 — December 2019
MGManagement is a full-cycle office building company.
Responsibilities:
Collecting, clarifying and analyzing the requirements of customers, building a process of constant feedback from the customer throughout the project;
Management of all stages of project implementation: planning, execution, monitoring, completion;
Team management (designers, planners, engineering and construction teams);
For the period 2017–2019, the share of clients I referred was 40% of the total number of clients of the company.

Partizan – Business development manager
September 2015 — September 2017
Partizan — a distributor of security systems in Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
Analysis of work and reorganization of the sales department. Creation of a development department from 4 new managers: their training, KPI development, work control. As a result, sales grew by $ 40,000 per month;
Regular business trips to the regions, conducting presentations, negotiations, training new dealers;
At the time of arrival, 8 regions did not have dealers, a year later 6 dealers were found in the regions;
Constructed work on large Internet platforms «Rozetka», «Brain», «ItBox», «F.ua»;
I agreed with the Eldorado chain of stores to place the Partizan brand in offline stores.
